Crisis and Hope: In Images and Words

We have grouped the winning photographs for Round Two on four pages. The first page contains photo pairs, with the left photo representing “crisis” and the right representing “hope.” The second page has more photo pairs, submitted by students at charter schools in California and Texas. The third page contains “merged” photos, taken by students in a high school in Vancouver, Washington, and single photos, which convey either crisis or hope. The fourth page includes more single photos.
